Ellie is an Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medical practitioner licensed by the Minnesota State Medical Board as well as a Diplomate of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Ellie earned a Master’s in Traditional Oriental Medicine (Acupuncture and Herbology) at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City. Since then Ellie has practiced Chinese Medicine in a variety of clinic environments in New York City and Minneapolis, such as the New York Hospital for Joint Diseases, treating fibromyalgia and Multiple Sclerosis at the Initiative for Women with Disabilities. As a result she is familiar with a variety of conditions including ALS, thyroid disorders, depression, addiction, infertility, joint and muscle problems and facial conditions treatable by Cosmetic Acupuncture.
Ellie uses acupuncture, herbal and nutritional therapies to resolve patterns of disharmony in the body in order to regain optimal health and return the body to a state of balance. Ellie encourages her patients to be proactive with their health and works with each individual to integrate a workable plan for health into their lifestyle.

Massage Therapists
Trained in both Shiatsu and Massage, Charles has developed a massage style which integrates Eastern and Western philosophy and technique. He graduated from CenterPoint School of Massage and Shiatsu Therapy in Minneapolis in 2004, and since then has honed his craft working with a broad range of clients, including professional athletes such as the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Thunder.
In May of 2005 he and partner Benjamin Hill-Jacobson opened Praxis Healing Arts. Since then he has seen his practice expand to the important area of work-related injuries, in particular those injuries resulting from working with computers and at desks in today’s high-pressure office environments.
